Wrapped labels can sometimes "spill" outside of their container

In the video below:

• the container is a freeform rectangle, resizable in both directions
• its label is "Overflow: Wrap", "With Header", "Display separator: always"
• the container also has a border node

For some reason the bug only occurs if their is a border node visible on the container. Hiding a border node or deleting the corresponding semantic element immediatly resizes the container vertically to include all the label.
