Only generate coverage info conditionally (with profile "code-coverage")

Looks good now, coverage not yet available (https://sonarcloud.io/summary/new_code?id=eclipse-sisu_sisu.inject&pullRequest=143), because this is an incremental analysis only. It needs to be executed on main branch first.
