Add some commits that are in the develop branch but not 3.x. The major item is Anja's report writing.
Also reverts a commit which caused the coverage report to report 0%, so now that's working. It seems like the right thing to do to not refer to the spec as 3.0.1-SNAPSHOT, as we haven't changed that, only the TCK, but whatever. If we did have to update the 3.0 spec to 3.0.1, then would we want the spec and the TCK to be on different patch versions? I don't know.
