id: overhead wire ID
substationId: subsation ID
lanes: list of lanes
voltageSources: lanes with voltage: (must be part of Lanes)
forbiddenInnerLanes: forbidden lanes
clamps : list of clamps

clamps:

id: clamp ID
overheadWireId: overhead wire ID
clampStartLane: start lane
clampEndLane: end lane

Due changes are deep, I change milestone to 1.14
