Refactor MSTrainHelper class #14338

The MSTrainHelperclass was created to factor some code that can be used:

for drawing trains
unboarding pedestrians through doors
computing virtual ramps for dynamic geometry switching in the JuPedSim coupling

However it needs to be properly refactored. @behrisch and @namdre, please make your propositions below.

Elementary things were done in #14368. Discussed the matter and it was decided that nothing more has to be done.
