We often get Failed: Network error: error sending request for url (https://sumo.dlr.de/...): connection closed before message completed in the nightly link check. It might be something in the link checker, see also

But it is also possible that it is only our web server or the DLR is rebooting some proxies in the night.

The setup seems to be a lot more stable now. Something has been fixed when we complained about the failing gtfs download
