missing left-turn phase from a34_2 to a134_0 at tlLogic:210 in iTETRIS_joined (trac #1713) #1713

the left turning vehicles have 'g' but after that goes straight to red whereas the straight foe direction gets a few more seconds at 'G' leaving the left-turning vehicles stranded on the intersection.

not sure if the csv signal plans reflect reality better. For the purpose of having a nice demo scenario it would be better to fix this.
