crash when vehicle leaves the simulation without passing e3 exit #4845

after passing e3 entry, the vehicle changes lanes multiple times and somehow does not receive notify leave upon leaving the simulation which causes a crash on the next update. The path of the vehicle bypasses all exit detectors which should cause a warning but should not lead to a crash.

@leoluecken This is responsible for the reported crash in the Helmond scenario
