• [ ] support priority operation with custom detectors (key="public|lane" value="detectorID") - customDetector should use vTypes filtering

  • once vehicle is detected on public-detector, determine target phase
  • early abort for phases that are not the target
  • prolong target phase up to maxDur
  • prolong until public vehicle has passed the default lane detector (must use loop->collectVehiclesOnDet) -> this activates the default phase-prolongation to ensure that the public vehicle enters the intersection
  • block priority operation for other lanes until then

• [ ] support priority operation with auto-generated detectors (param for supported vTypes, param for offset from stop line)
