When you want to import an SPDX BOM in the component page, you can click the "Import SPDX BOM" button and get an upload page like the screenshot below. Then you can click the "Brower" button and select a local SPDX file to upload. However, sometimes the file will not be uploaded, instead of which a new window for selecting a local SPDX file to upload is popped. If you select the SPDX file again, the file will be uploaded successfully this time.
How to reproduce
I have seen this bug many times. But I am not sure when and how it will happen. Usually, it will not happen. It sometimes happens the first time when the SPDX file is uploaded in a newly built sw360. I am also not sure the reasons. If others see this bug as well, please add more information here.
