'Download license archive' button in Admin>'import & Export' page is not working #906

Hi, I think issue is lack of codes (for case license archive). I add function 'Download license archive' and it is same with Admin > Licenses. Are you have any suggestion or question?

I just imported the sdpx licenses and then the license archive can be downloaded:

LicensesBackup.lics.zip
