Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Investigate ways to detect misusage like crypto mining in running sessions.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a way for Theia Cloud to detect unwanted behaviour in a running Session. Unwanted behaviour depends on the use case, so this has to be configurable/extensible. Once detected, there should be ways to stop such sessions automatically.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Once way could be to offer a Theia/VSCode extension that brings the basic functionality to any Theia application.

A different way could be to have a sidecar docker image with the required functionality
