https://eclipse-theia.github.io/theia-e2e-test-suite/performance/ has labels such as process_cpu_seconds_total and theia_measurements/startPlugins. Maybe name them "Time to start plugins on the front end" and "Process Utilisation (efficiency - lower is better)"?
