The Theia Blueprint installer executable is called TheiaBlueprint.exe currently. This is a very strange name for an installer on Windows. I propose we rename the installer executable to "TheiaBlueprintSetup.exe". Tools like Chrome or Visual Studio (from Microsoft themselves) use this pattern for naming installers.
