What it does

This is the fix of https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia-blueprint/pull/340 (which got closed accidentally) including a required fix (electron-osx-sign is not bundled with app-builder-lib anymore).

Build blueprint and check if still working. Verify CI Builds on this PR.
