update vscode to 1.77.0 #113

This updates the vscode git submodule to 1.77.0. We have a few other PRs to add on top after.

@alvsan09 I adapted your Unix CLI command, that which extensions use which proposed API. See the new README file. Just so we do not forget how to do this quickly :)
