Add initial list of tools #1

We should first document what we have and then we can start reorganizing.

@danielpeintner and @relu91 please add more if I have missed some from the node-wot td-tools package

Note: I am still not 100% convinced that this one td-tools repo is the right way to go. We have (or will become) tools from other programming languages in the end. I wonder whether the repo td-tools can/should contain all of these utilities.

An alternative I see is a nice list/table of tools that we have and pointing to each repo/(sub)package it can be found. Doing so allows to point to the same solution in different programming languages...
