Plugfest website update #44

I have reorganized and updated the plugfest.thingweb.io . Now it reflects the current services we offer.

One thing that came to mind is whether this page should be called plugfest at all. It is much more generic now

@danielpeintner I have incorporated your feedback. Regarding the naming, the title is already Services for W3C WoT so my first suggestion goes to services.thingweb.io but sounds a bit weird. For the test/online things, we can have test.thingweb.io but I would try to host playground differently in that case and probably go for playground.thingweb.io . Feel free to suggest other names :)
