Forward from old URLs

I wonder whether we want to setup some forwards for pages we used to have

e.g., https://www.thingweb.io/services.html is now https://www.thingweb.io/services/

etc.

There are many more.

We can check old links easily with the wayback machine

Actually some redirects are already in place at https://github.com/eclipse-thingweb/website/blob/master/docusaurus.config.js#L73 . We can simply add more

https://github.com/eclipse-thingweb/website/pull/95 resolved some parts while other aspects are still open:

• get-involved.html (Question: where should it point to?)
• Examples pages (maybe they come later in some way)

  • http://plugfest.thingweb.io/examples/counter.html
