Describe the bug Transition hasn't been done for this repository in same way as for others. All repository history disapperead and, most important, all the tags!

To Reproduce https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/filex/tags

Expected behavior We expect the history and tags to be kept after the transition.

Impact FileX is used as dependency of some Microchip MPLAB Harmony packages. Losing the tags is bringing download issues within MPLAB MCC Content Manager to most of users.
