chore: remove puris-frontend and puris-backend repo

As discussed in #10, the new puris repository substitutes the old repos puris-frontend and puris-backend. Since the new repository is created including an initial contribution in https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/puris/pull/1, the old repositories aren't used anymore and can therefore be deleted.

I would suggest to archive the repo (see https://otterdog.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/organization/repository/), using archived: true .

At a later time, these repos can still be removed if needed. So far the puris repo is still empty as the PR to initialize it has not been approved yet.

change LGTM. However is this change coordinated with the infra team? I am not aware how the project handles itself, but there seems to be a separate team and repo with stuff like that: https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/sig-infra/issues

It would be good if requests are approved there and then referenced to PRs here, that way we could speed up the process imho.

Good suggestion to have an issue on our repo first.
