Description

This PR renames an already existing (empty) repository. The new name fits to the already given sldt-sematic-models. The repository configuration itself was not adapted.

the rename of an empty repo like that is ok afaict. For non-empty repos you should rather use the aliases property to make sure it really just gets renamed.
