Business Partner Annotations #1102

Description

At the moment, during processing a golden record task only contains the business partner data as a result from cleaning services. However, both for the cleaning services as well as for the sharing member it is beneficial to attach more detail information to how and why the business partner data is processed like that.

Acceptance Criteria

This should include

  1. whether the data point has been approved if it stayed unchanged
  2. generel comments giving more detail explainations
  3. the source from which the data point was taken
  4. the cleaning service which has created the annotation

As data manager of the operating company, I would recommend to NOT realize this functionality because revealing used validation sources would limit freedom of operation of the operating company, reveals potential business secrets to semi-public and competitors and might even (tbc) be in conflict with provider contracts between operating company and third party data providers.
