Introduction

The following libraries needed to be updated regarding security:

Spring Boot -> 3.1.5

I removed the cypress dependency from our packege.json since we were not really using it.

We can merge v1.2.1. Since the cypress is removed now we can do it. However I will keep this ticket open to update the status of the ip check.

Ok there was created a ticket at cypress: https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress/discussions/28381 We are waiting too much for it to be completed. And since we removed the dependency makes no sense to maintain this open.
