Why we create this PR?

To update README.md and UNIT_TESTS.md files with the latest updates on the application.

What we want to achieve with this PR?

To assure that the files are updated accordingly. The README.md file with the changes made on the APIs and the UNIT_TESTS.md file with the description of the last unit tests created.
