[ 18º ] - Release/v2.1.0 arc42: Updated all diagrams to drawio editable svgs #204

Why we create this PR?

There is a TRG requirement 1.04 to have all the diagrams in svg form. Therefore the arc42 documentation needs to be updated.

What we want to achieve with this PR?

Update the drawio diagrams to svg format so it can be editable
