Release/v2.2.0 update edcs version v0.6.0: update edc helm version and make backend compatibility #246

Why we create this PR?

We need to prepare the compatibility to the EDC 0.7.0 by integrating the v0.6.0 functionalities.

What we want to achieve with this PR?

We want to prepare all the necessary technical requirements to integrate with the EDC 0.6.0

What is new?

Added

Added timeout in negotiation and transfer requests for avoiding infinite loops. When status from transfer does not changes from STARTED.

Updated

Updated models to support the new EDC 0.6.0 semantics (alias for retro-compatibility enabled)
Updated the catalog request semantics
Optimized/refactored the contract negotiation and transfer flow.
Updated Data Plane Service data parsing.

Most of the files are changed in the dpp-backend to adapt edc v0.6.0 version changes. Executed IP checks for the backend and there were no further findings found.
