Clarify the PolicyHub integration for consumer applications #267

Description

There needs to be clarified with the responsible parties from the Policy Hub if there is required a integration with the digital product pass consumer application with the PolicyHub.

Basically we consume data from the network and get the contract details with the policies. As I understand the consumer would be able to support also not "Catena-X" policies. Therefore no limitation for schema is applied. The question is:

What is the real influence from the PolicyHub in the Digital Product Pass Consumer Application?

Clarified with @jjeroch. The policy hub is optional to be integrated. It gives a guideline on how to create the policies and helps you to check the schemas.
