Delete corrupt file --> replace with new working file

Fix Issue '11 - Corrupt archive 20230707-io.catenax.fleet.vehicles.zip --> Deleted corrupt zip-file and replace by new working one

Please ensure to do as many of the following checks as possible, before asking for committer review:

[ ] DEPENDENCIES are up-to-date. Dash license tool. Committers can open IP issues for restricted libs.
[ ] Copyright and license header are present on all affected files

Please review, ic an merge it than. Btw. do we reference the second file you deleted?
