As a developer of a new use case with a KA application I want to know which steps I need to do in order to have a running application in Catena-context. The guideline shall answer the following questions:

Which standards need to be considered? How do KA use cases/skills relate to CX standards?

Common Ontology (asset meta-data/shacl associations)
Function Ontology should be discussed (additional properties)
Taxonomy ("enumeration" of constants/concepts)

the target of the standard is not to define core/common/function/taxonomy descriptions themselves but to explain their relation and their impact on new domain ontologies.
