[Eco Pass KIT v1.0.0] Prepare and release existing version of the Eco Pass KIT v1.0.0 #13

Introduction

The eco pass kit has not been prepared for a release and also does not contains a correct changelog and we can not keep track of the changes.

Solution

Create proper changelogs
Set the repository organization
Configure the kit correctly
Release the version v1.0.0 and create a tag to keep the changes made from a initial version of the kit.
