Bug (all agent planes): Asset cannot be negotiated/found because url for obtaining catalog/offerid lacks version infix. #168

As-Is

From 1.11.16-SNAPSHOT on, remote graphs cannot be accessed/negotiated anymore. This is due to the agent plane interface the management API of the control plane without version infix. The result is an internal 404 error.

As-Should

The remote asset offer should be looked up and further negoriated/accessed.
