WHAT

Fixes copyright/license headers for files changed in 2024. Upgrade version (as the chart version must also change because of the former). Overtake resource annotations from tractusx-edc charts.

WHY

Address TRGs 5.04 and 7.02

FURTHER NOTES

List other areas of code that have changed but are not necessarily linked to the main feature. This could be method signature changes, package declarations, bugs that were encountered and were fixed inline, etc.
