Migrate schemas to new location

• [ ] migrate schemas from catenax-ng https://github.com/catenax-ng/product-core-schemas to determined new location
• [ ] review schemas regarding changes
• [ ] adapt config and inform afected stakeholders (EDC, credential hub etc.)
• [ ] issue new credentials based on new location
• [ ] update existing references in documentation and standards
