Feature: add new URI for viewing VPs (iatp)

Description

The iatp protocol expects a POST /presentations/query endpoint, for querying verifiable presentations, using an access_token, obtained through the /token endpoint. This endpoint is missing and must be implemented.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Add a new endpoint according to the spec https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/identity-trust/blob/main/specifications/verifiable.presentation.protocol.md#41-presentations
• [ ] Authorization for this endpoint will be passed through the Authorization header in Bearer form, e.g. Authorization: Bearer STS_token_value
