to fix CVE-2024-22234 and CVE-2024-22243
to have up-to-date libraries in project

Hi @dvasunin and @adkumar1,

do theses changes need to be includes in the Tractus-X release? If so, I would update the Release issue mentioning a new bugfix version 1.5.4 will be created
