Company Subscription Details | User Details Blank | Wrong Hyperlink and Role Requirement #1219

Current Behavior

Opening hyperlink in page companySubscriptionsDetail is trying to open UserDetails with the id of a technical user. Link is clickable with "view_user_account" role.

Opened page is blank.

Expected Behavior

Hyperlink is linking to techUserDetails and can only be clicked with "view_tech_user_management" role.

Steps To Reproduce

Open companySubscriptionsDetail for an existing app with technical user.
Click Scroll down to technical user
Click on hyperlink

Test Cases

Test Case 1: Access Technical User Details - Company Admin

Description: Verify that Company Admin can open techUserDetails page when using hyperlink

Go to companySubscriptions page
Click on App with technical user
Scroll down to technical user section
Click on hyperlink

Expected Result:

techUserDetails page for technical user of related app opens up

Test Case 2: Disabled Hyperlink - Business Admin

Description: Verify that Business Admin has hyperlink disabled

Go to companySubscriptions page
Click on App with technical user
Scroll down to technical user section
Look at listed technical user

Expected Result:

No hyperlink is available
