Portal Login validation UI improvements

Portal Login where registration is Submitted

On Desktop

• Main Text font size should be 24px
• 'At the current state of the review you already have limited access to the portal.' - should be 14px
• Border radius for status list - 6px
• padding in list of status - 14px
• Help text email should be link

On Mobile

• Overlay should take full height and width ie width should be 100%
• There should be margin from top so logo should be visible
• Padding from both sides of overlay should have 20px
• Overlay upper corners should be curved and bottom corners should be straight
• Main Heading should come in one line and font size should be 24px
• Help text in bottom should be maximum in 2- 3 lines and email should be in blue link

For note section

• The icon should be similar to figma icon
• Add space between icon and text
• On open the accordion, the close button in footer should have proper spacing from top and bottom

Portal Login where registration is not yet submitted

• Stepper text should be in max 2 lines
• Text of "continue where you left" should be in one line
• Total width of one step should be 160px
