Improvements on the Management Board:

As-Is

To-Be

Missing Column Headlines: Add "Status" and "Action"
deactivate column settings (see screenshot below)
Put the "Confirm", "Decline" and "Revocation" function jointly into the "Action" Column
Change the typo from 16px to 14px for the table content (no change of the typo used for chipcards or buttons)

Column Settings:
