Current Behavior

Users can change their own roles in the role update section.

Expected Behavior

Users should not have the ability to change their own roles. Role changes should be restricted to administrators or other authorized personnel.

Steps To Reproduce

Login to the application as a CX admin.
Navigate to User Management section.
Go to Identity Management.
Select the user's own profile.
Attempt to change the user's role.
