fix: revert dependent libraries to version 3.6.2

Description

Revert dependent libraries to version 3.6.2 before yarn upgrade from https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/portal-shared-components/commit/7423e11a1a78fbb70c74199f671881a66ede73e3

Why

The last dependency upgrade broke the portal frontend build. We revert back to the versions before the upgrade to have a working build again since there was no quick fix. The upgrade issue will be solved in an upcoming PR.
