adjust ssiCredentialIssuer address

The url of the ssi credential issuer component was configured wrongly

@evegufy that's strange... I double checked on argo, there the api seems to be available under the -backend url.

for example the SSI Swagger

Closing this PR in favour of #76 the path is adjusted there.
