Dashboard View: No "Beacon" when using the refresh button #414

Description

When using the refresh button a beacon is expected to be shown on the top of the page to let the user know new data is fetched. This does not happen.

Current behaviour

Using the refresh button does not triggers a beacon.

Expected behavior

Using the refresh button triggers a beacon.

Steps to reproduce the Bug
