Chore: icons to issue templates + fix typos/phrasing

Thanks for opening this contribution! What does this PR introduce? Does it fix a bug? Does it add a new feature? Is it enhancing documentation?

• adds icons to the overview of the issue templates
• Fixes some minor typos + changed phrasing of the EF link description

I don't want to remove them but I want to avoid additional overloading.

Alternatively we could add only 3 different icons: one for security, one for system team and the last for EF.

My intention is to visually separate the templates somehow. To be honest, horizontal lines would be perfect too, but I found no solution for that
