exclude non-chart folders in the helm chart structure

@tomaszbarwicki Not sure, if we should create a new issue or if it directly relates to this issue:

We have a mono repo with following structure in which the charts/puris-backend/Chart.yaml is not found. See run.

Structure:

We don't yet follow the TRG 5.08 for product chart. Maybe that's the reason?
