[TRG Check Dashboard]: Show merged `DEPENDENCIES` across whole eclipse-tractusx org #267

We should add a separate section/page/view, that will show a "super DEPENDENCIES file" that contains merged information from all DEPENDENCIES files present in eclipse-tractusx.

The info can be grouped by library, version and/or "used in repo".
