TRG 3.02: Update example to show what we expect #372

The TRG 3.02 https://eclipse-tractusx.github.io/docs/release/trg-3/trg-3-2 doesn't have a example which actually shows the best practice.

The claim policy is missing.

Clarification:

We should make people aware that the reclaim policy exists and perhaps suggest not to delete it by default (as a sane default):

@Siegfriedk as I can see most of persistent volumes on our clusters have 'Delete' reclaim policy, which seems to be the default one. Are you suggesting to recommend another option i.e. 'Retain'?

@tomaszbarwicki for production, i would say yes. Or highlight it to the users somehow so that they document it in the README.md or make it configurable in the helm chart
