Hey @l-wegner @AngelikaWittek! I've created a PR for creating the esc-backbone repository. Once it's created, we can make an initial contribution via Pull Request and open an IP issue ticket to the emo-team on GitLab.

Thank you @almadigabor , can you please also create a fork of that repo at catenax-ng? Do you need a separate ticket for that?
