CX Vault login issues #528

Is your support request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have login issues with the CX Vault (https://vault.demo.catena-x.net). The vault connection in argoCD does not seem to work as well. The issues exists for product-traceability-irs and product-traceability-foss

Describe the solution you'd like

Vault is available again.

Additional context

Login method used in vault: OIDC

It's a global, so it affects all products

Vault cluster is in normal operation mode again.
