Secure Token Service (STS)

Description

The secure token service is a mechanism to obtain a token for access to the wallet - including a control mechanism to specify which certificates can be queried with this interface.

The content of this feature is:

final inferface specification for STS and request token logic
implementation of the STS

Since the feature is a 24.05 feature and the development phase for 24.08 is coming to an end, we need a status on the feature. Can you please update the status?
